During this half-day long conference, attendees will get the chance to engage in exclusive networking events with top consultants from BCG, McKinsey, Bain, PwC and other top consulting firms, meet the recruiting teams, and hear from inspiring consulting leaders! /Partner, Bain Capital Private Equity

Olivia Howard

Olivia Howard joined Bain Capital in 2006. She is a Partner in the Industrial Vertical and the Portfolio Group and a member of the North American Private Equity team. She has also worked in the Consumer and Technology, Media & Telecommunications Verticals. She is based in New York. She plays a lead role in the firm’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion efforts, as well as Portfolio Group recruiting & development. 

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Ms. Howard was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company where she consulted in the consumer, media & entertainment and healthcare industries. Ms. Howard received a BA magna cum laude from Columbia College.

Laura has focused her career on improving quality of life in cities, and is an operator and strategist with a passion for growth; she’s led functions from revenue and marketing to operations and product at startups and Fortune 100 companies.

Prior to co-founding Streetlife, Laura was the General Manager of Citi Bike for Lyft, building it into a $100M+ ARR business that serves 1.5 million riders and is one of the largest transportation systems in the United States. She previously led diligence on urban climate tech companies at Sidewalk Labs, launched new mobility products with Boston Consulting Group’s digital ventures team, advised Bloomberg Philanthropies on their urban investment strategy, and edited a book on entrepreneurial approaches to urban growth.

Laura also teaches MBA strategy courses at NYU Stern, and is on the alumni board of BCG and on the board of directors of Governors Island, which will be the test-bed for climate innovation in New York City.

Laura speaks on climate-finance, mobility, and city topics globally, from The New York Times to climate conferences like The Drop. She is also on the ‘Transportation Power 100’ and ‘Top Women in Mobility’ lists. Laura received a full scholarship for her MBA at NYU Stern, and a scholarship for her BA from the University of Notre Dame.

Senior technology executive and leader who brings 20+ years of global strategy and operations expertise and working with leading companies in the Americas, EMEA and Asia with a focus on driving hyper growth.


Experience includes being a Managing Director at Google Cloud, an advisor to Capital G, and as a partner with McKinsey & Co where Sahana was a leader in the Technology Media and Telecom practice (TMT). In that role -- Sahana advised both leading global technology companies and fast growing startups across , Cloud, Mobile/Devices, SaaS/Enterprise software on strategy and business building.

At McKinsey, Lani leads a tech platform that ensures the right work is done through the right org structures/processes by the right people. She is a general manager of McKinsey's org design/talent solutions, responsible for overseeing everything from strategy and operations to product development to go-to-market and the delivery teams. Lani is driven by a desire to have a positive impact on the world and understand what motivates people. She is passionate about empowering women and non-binary leaders of color to pursue their dreams. She feels strongly about these folks having a deep sense of belonging in their teams and communities.
